Wendy
Wintermute brings many years of experience in research,
education and support for community and organizational
development. At times working within educational
institutions, at other times from within community-based
organizations, she has helped to:

Train entry-level staff and
to advance the skills of experienced professionals
-
To
develop, evaluate and fine tune organizational systems to
enhance organizational performance
-
To forge and support
partnerships, collaborations, and networks among an array of
organizations, institutions, and actors working together
towards common goals.
Before joining the Forum staff as
Organizational Development and Training Director, Dr.
Wintermute was the Statewide Director for the New Mexico
Centers for Service-Learning Opportunities in Education. Her
degrees include a BA in Sociology - Anthropology; a Masters
in Family and Community Education; an MSW in social policy;
and a PhD in Sociology and Social Policy. Her education
is from the many communities in which she has been
privileged to work.
