Kathleen Boutin
Founder & Director
Nevada Partnership for
Homeless Youth
Kathleen's own experience as a runaway
youth led her to become
a full-time advocate for
homeless youth. Her
organization engages
homeless youth and
provides them with the
resources they need to
make a successful
transition into the
community and to
adulthood. When she
recognized the need for
policy changes in
Nevada's emancipation
statutes, she added
"lobby the state
legislature" to her long
to-do list. Kathleen
will close the 2007
Youth Practitioners
Summit with her
inspiring story. |
